Trivial little utilities I needed badly enough to write.

• Color Cube CGI A utility for exploring the set of 216 'Web Safe Colors' supported (without dithering) by all browsers with at least 8bit graphics. This set of colors is called variously the Netscape Color Cube or the Web216. I went a little overboard with this one. Tee Hee.
• specialChar.cgi This is a simple (though handy) listing of the HTML Elements including such favorites as ¶, ¬ and friends. But not yet ◯, ◮ or ◭ ◬, ◫, ◪
• asciiChar This is another basic reference aid which just shows the characters in the 7bit ASCII character set but adds the ability to index them by any one of hex, decimal, octal or binary. A nerd favorite!
